Eswatini is a signatory to the international conventions/commitments that promote access to inclusive quality education. One of the instruments that bind the commitments is the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, 1989 and the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD), 2006.
